In stock
- In stock means that the item is readily available for immediate shipping. Shipment will occur within 2 days after payment.
- In some ocassion, an "In Stock" item may be "Out of Stock" due to high demand. We will inform you when this happens. In this case, you may choose to cancel the order or wait for approximately 2-4 weeks for new stock arrival.
Pre-order
- An item carrying "Pre-order" label means that the item is still with our manufacturer.
- A "Pre-order" cut-off date is every Monday and it will take about 2 - 3 weeks for the manufacturer to send the item to us. We will inform you once your order has reached us and ready to be shipped to you.
- You are required to pay at least 50% of your total order to qualify for a pre-order. We'd be grateful if you can pay in full instead.
Payment
- Payment must be made within 2 days after invoice is sent to you. If no payment received from you after 2 days, your order will be cancelled automatically.
- Payment medium available are Paypal, Maybank and CIMB. Payment details will be given in the invoice.
Shipping & Handling
- Free shipping on single order above RM100 for orders within Malaysia.
- Standard shipping charges (RM4 - RM15) applies on in-stock items for orders within Malaysia, depending on weight and package size. We will advise you on the exact rate when we confirm your order. Typically a single clothing item carries RM6 shipping charge.
- We ship internationally. Standard shipping fee applies. Please email us for rates.
